|
I often see quiet determination in the eyes, and as a group, I see real people. There are about the same number of male to female, although a current head count shows males outnumber females slightly. I see many ages. I like to see the group, but in the posts and threads the real people stand out so much.

Most of that info is at the beginning of this thread, but here's the reader's digest version:
You can make your own if you know how. Just take a picture, reduce it in size so it is 64x64 pixels and no more than 4kb in filesize. You can upload it in "My Account" in the same screen you update your signature line.
If photography isn't your thing and you just like "looking" at pictures instead of making them. No worries!
- Just get a digital image of your head and shoulders (your own phone or digital camera or find a friend/relative to shoot you--just joking, herxes aren't all that bad).
- Send the digitial image to mp@carouselcharts.com with your online name in the subject line. It does help to have your real name in the body of the email, too.
- After that, all you have to do is wait until you see yourself on your posts. Pretty easy.

Families, friends, holidays and ... pictures! They seem to go together. If you don't have a digital camera I'm pretty sure someone in your group will have one this weekend as those in the US celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday.

78 real people on the MP according to Paul's website! Not bad. And Paul has kept up with all additions, one at a time as they come in. Best we do larger groups at a time, maybe?
I suggest that as many of the US MP contingent as possible take the opportunity for photos this holiday weekend with camera-enabled family and friends.
Not in the US, and not having a holiday this weekend? Your real face avatar is just as important.

I assure you-- it's not really a problem if they come one by one. It takes but a minute to put up a new image, and there is a certain pleasure in doing it.
