Amy,

Please check your PM. The links to the questionnaire have been sent to you several times. You say you have filled it out but it has not been recieved. Not sure why. Lets try this again.

The survey conducted and the questionnaire are separate. ie not to be confused. Your questionnaire has now been received, thank you, and you have been given Member of Phase 2 status Apr 19th. You should have received a PM at the time. Please read the information in phase 2 and post your progress report there. Thank you, Barb ... :)

MP Meds
Phase 3 meds
- 160 mg Benicar daily 40 mg taken every 4-6 hours
Non- MP Meds (note change in Lunesta)
Lunesta 1.5mg (I cut my dose in half!!)
Cyclobenzaprine 20mg (I will try to cut dose in half in two weeks once i adjust to the reduced Lunesta)
Metoprolyl 50mg - 100mg
T3 - 280mcg
Levoxyl - 600mcg
Prochieve 8%
Estrogen cream
Hydroxyzine (allergy pill)

Feeling good this week.  I am in law school final exams and everyone is astonished about how relaxed and cool headed I am.  For the first time in 3 years, I did not have a panic attack at my exam.  I did not need to pop beta blockers or anything.  My stress hormones are most certainly stabilizing.

Before I started the MP my cortisol levels were low.  I have not had them tested in years but I know they are back in the normal range because despite all the stress going at in the economy, with work and at school, nothing seems to ruffle my feathers.

I am so happy.
