Hello Natalie!
Wow! Somehow my link to your thread was not coming to me...and I missed all of your beautiful pictures and updates!
When I think back to the young woman I read about who could hardly move from her couch, much less consider going up and down stairs and see these beautiful pics of you outside and looking healthy again I am overcome with joy!!!
Great to see Natalie...You are hope, You are inspiration,
You are the work of the Marshall Protocol!

Thank you all for your beautiful comments. I wouldn't go as far as saying I'm an inspiration - just a very, very lucky girl who found the right thing at the right time and had the right support from every angle it could come from (including this one).
Some things I wanted to share.
An awareness piece I did on CFS/ME. Not mentioning the MP, but links to my videos on youtube;
My Guest Post on MamaMia, "Living with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome".
For those not in Australia, Mia Freedman is a well known journalist here.
And this has been added to my collection of youtube videos;
My latest youtube-ing, click to watch.
Hope all are doing well, including many I've lost contact with!
Nat
PS. Before you ask, no, sun & food habits are still leaving my vit D low .

Nat,
I want to set up the "favorites" section of our YouTube channel to point at our member's videos. Would you be OK with having your videos linked from our our YouTube channel?

Natalie, You are being very modest to say you are not an inspiration to others on the MP! We LOVE to see success stories like yours! I know you feel like a very lucky girl to have recovered on the MP. But, believe me when I tell you that seeing such a sick young woman transform into such a energetic young adult ... IS a true inspiration to all of us still struggling to recover!
Thank you so much for taking the time to document your journey on the MP with the Youtube videos. As they say, a picture speaks a thousand words.. I don't know how that translates to how many words a video speaks ... but seeing you healthy and full of life truly says it ALL!
I hope to beat my illness and one day make a video just like yours. And then to go on to help others, who like all of us on the MP, are fighting serious life threatening illnesses!
Keep up the great work.. and keep those lovely videos coming... they are like chicken soup for the soul...

A huge thank you to you Natalie for these videos. I for one really appreciate them. Watching one of your earlier ones and then your most recent one almost brought me to tears.
When I watched one of your earlier ones I had the sense of looking in the mirror.... you looked exactly what I looked like when I was at my sickest... particularly the eyes. That was just astonishing. Don't take this the wrong way but I sort of felt 'relieved' to see someone else who had looked like I looked...
I totally agree with ChrisMavo in that stories like yours are so important for all of us on the MP. They are a huge help. Your early videos starkly reminded me how far I've come on the MP - a very long way. I have much to be grateful for.
I'm insanely happy for you Natalie. Onwards and upwards for us all.
luv, k

Like Deb the site dropped the reminder to me of your PR. I haven't seen it since before the holiday pictures. YOWSER! Yeah! Natalie!!!
I'd use the icon with the hair standing on end, but it is wearing sunglasses!
Like K, I am insanely happy about your progress.
Now I know why Juanita was encouraging me with your story. For us old farts who have been sicker longer with CFS, it is just going to take longer, but we'll get there!
Best Natalie!!!
Claire
