Tuesday June 21st 7.30 am. off abx day.

This herx just keeps coming and coming.. amazing..

when I try to tackle anything more than MP, I reach and feel my boundaries.. it takes all my meds to keep me going with the flow at all times.. all managable in this context.

herx is mainly diaphragmic and gut today. and coughing when I was due for Benicar & Q..  resting, tired.

Barb,

I watch your journey with awe and admiration. You have suffered so much for SO long....and during this past year you continue to give to others. I thank you for all you do and pray you will have a breakthrough to better health.

Barb,

You are such an inspiration. :)I complain because I have no energy to do housework or gardening and you can barely stand and complain little. I will have to rethink my own self pity when you are so much worse. An extra prayer for you tonight.

Hug, hug, kiss, kiss

Barb.....at last I've found your progress thread.

I kept looking for you under "Full Protocol", but you are in the "with Q" group.

I, too, am amazed by your perseverence in the face of such difficulties. Everyone here owes you so much and sends healing energy your way.

OOO Sharon

Thank You Donna, Sharon, All...

I need to explain that although I either sit or lie down mostly that I dont feel to be in any difficulty.. I do have a good husband to do what needs to be done.. and I am truly content... and as I can do better I will do better.. I went thru a lot to come to terms with CFS in the early years but I guess it has stood me in good stead now.. I am scared to say that.. as I am so weak by myself.  It is only with wonderful support that I am able to be at peace. Thank you. Barb ....

Barb,

I'd just like to comment on your incredible patience and optimism, while dealing not only with yourself but also with MPers. Sometimes the same questions get asked again and again, and you never fail to be welcoming and supportive.

I hope you understand deeply how appreciative and admiring we are!

Carol

Thank You Carol.. and All, for all support and messages. your support really helps.

Thursday June 23rd 4pm. off abx day.

recently there has been more coughing and clearing throat. Today, gut inflammation has been flaring / uncomfortable - even with the milk thistle x 1 per day. and back ache. Q4H Benicar required again today.  fragile emotionally.. increasing my Rx natural progesterone made all tolerable, enabled me to go to B @ Q6H.  (NP assists my full body function )

I think that when my body function starts to slip may be a sign for me to increase the abx tomorrow morning @ 48H. the abx seem to be supportive of me..

Wow, You are zooming now. Your "break" really seems to have been a good idea.

I'm wondering if you're having an easier time increasing with it being dark earlier there this time of year, or if you don't go out anyway, so it doesn't matter?

The heat and later sunlight definitely make it harder for me now that it's summer here. But maybe that's just me.

Anyway, major congradulations!!!!

Kathleen

Thank you Kathleen.

Summer or winter doesnt make any difference to me at the moment because I dont have to leave my cave.

This increase, I have increased the 2nd abx dose when the herx began to degenerate into an immune system run .. and it has given me relief.

Saturday June 25th 4pm. off abx day.

less herx with increase in abx. concentration must be higher yet.. still slow and sludgey but no other obvious physical 'hits'.. a nice little respite..

inflamed toe is still inflamed.  gut inflammation.. esophageal. eyes continue blurred. occasional back ache. have been feeling cold around my neck.. it is winter, but it is not really cold (26C / 79F) and is unusual for me..

see ...Childhood Health ...

Sunday June 26th   7.30am. today abx combo  3/4  2nd abx + 75mg mino @ 48H #2

This morning was typical abx due morning. I would just stay in bed and float off into the fog instead of getting the abx into me.. and I had to really make myself focus to make sure of taking the correct dose.

bloating or maybe increased diaphragmic herx today. and occasional cramps anywhere.

a note. where my NoIRs press against my face and head, leaves a dent..

Barb, could this be due to dehydration?

Thanks Frans, I should have noted that this is not new.. I began getting puffy 24+ years ago and herxing adds to it.. it will resolve as my body heals with MP.

usual herxing. managing with all meds ( I am thankful for all meds). esophageal woke me at 5H, took Benicar - slept well. leg cramped when stretching on waking.. was able to unclamp it more quickly today than sometimes, and no residual pain.

this is hard work but I can do it. esophageal herx flares regularly. antbite cramps on right rib muscles and down right arm so very painful yesterday afternoon / evening. heat applied and extra Benicar and tylenol tabs. overall full body weighed down by herx.  managing all with meds.

t h i n k .... my lips may be showing some pink color. still some lung herx happening.

Making the rule for myself to take the abx QOD was the best thing..

upper right gum has unexplained inflammation. right big toe inflammation continues.
