Tuesday July 26th 6.45 pm. off abx day. after dose #5 of Full abx combo of Modified Phase One

Have been tired yesterday and today. We have Family visiting. Herx is kept managed by meds. can feel it more when meds are due. I notice how herxy I am when I try to do any small physical thing/ sob, pulse etcc. keeps me steady..

Wednesday July 27th 5.40 am. today took FULL 2nd abx + full 100mg mino @ 48H dose #6 of Full abx combo of Modified Phase One
The night before the abx are due is still the most difficult to get thru.. to go to sleep is the only way, or take the abx sooner to put me out of my misery, so I go to bed.. Family here for a couple of days..

Thursday July 28th 6 pm. off abx day. after dose #6 of Full abx combo of Modified Phase One
Family still here. This morning I went quickly to 2 shops with Daughters to choose some pretty material to put over my window coverings (that are over the drapes).. I wore my cape... pulled up over my head to travel, - and worn as a Cape proper in store.. and gloves, and covered in shoes, long dress.. and NoIRs.. nobody even seemed to give a second glance.. and I wouldnt worry if they did.... the Girls took care of me and helped guide me in and out. and the material is up and looks nice.. If I want a change later I can just get some different.. there are so many really pretty materials..
I have taken Benicar Q4H.. and I am feeling good so far.. they are going home tomorrow..

Right Upper Quadrant herx uncomfortable.. extra Benicar Q and MT and herx is still humming ... so have taken the abx combo..

Something I never think to report.. Pre MP and happens now, remembered today. After I wake from a sleep in the daytime, I feel to have slept myself into misery, I wake feeling emotionally miserable.. I have taken everything I can take.. probably need to begin Phase 2 abx. I cant begin Phase 2 till 48H after last dose of 2nd abx.. so I may have to take 100mg mino now to get me up out of this and to get me thru another 24H perhaps..

I hope you are feeling better. Having your girls leave must be hard. I know how I feel when our children leave after a visit! It's so nice to have fresh pretty curtains. And an outing!!!
AND to read that you've been able to continue with the full mino and C doses!!!!!
Remember your own advice and don't go too fast, but I'm looking forward to your being ready to start Phase 2 abx!

Sunday July 31st 4.40am. last night @ 48H took dose #8 of Full abx combo of Modified Phase One....

I decided that I had better heed my own advice as Kathleen says and take another dose of this combo to wring the last herx out of it before moving on... esp as everything is back to normal now and will be more easily assessed for sure..
Left ear continues wet.. I think I maybe a bit brighter than what I was.. still not active yet though.. looking forward to the move to Phase 2.. YAY!!

I thought I should note here.. about my lungs.. For years, if I laugh or cry, I cough and choke... and now with MP, till the meds and cough drops relieve it.. I have had some lung herx, but there is a way to go yet.. I can feel them all the time..

Monday August 1st 12.30pm. 40H since dose #8 of Full abx combo of Modified Phase One....
Today is turning out to be a better day.. hopefully ready to begin phase 2 tomorrow morning which will be 60H after the last dose of the abx combo.. I've been able to do a few small jobs..

CONGRATS !!!!! .............Will you continue to update in the current forum or in the phase II forums?? Hang tough Aussie Barb you are well on your way and you deserve it so much. I am so happy for you. Just make sure you keep us posted ........your story goes out to more people than you know.
