Monday January 17th 8pm  Took 3rd dose 3/4 new abx + 50mg mino combo tonight > Q72H <overview here: this 2 abx combo commenced Dec 16:
Taking Benicar 20mg Q2H day & 40mg night <5h. Quercetin BID to relieve anxiety herx.
It has been a couple of miserable days again, with the anxiety and depression herxing.. 
teeth on left side, upper & lower: TERRIBLY sensitive to AnyThing today.
I am out of the woods again this afternoon.  my head has cleared.. so I have taken the ABx combo; again @ Q72H ...

Barb,
I'm confused-are you already up to 3/4 of a pill of the phase II med after begining in December? Also, do you take the mino and the new med every other day or every day?

Dear Martha
Thank you for your interest.. For you and for others who have missed the pre history of this....
Here is my story:
I have been taking my abx QOD; but the last couple of times I have had to go to Q72H because of extended herxing.
I am on a different abx regime.. if you go back in my reports, you will see that I have had a lot of difficulty because of the severity and length of time of illness.
I began MP > Light and D avoidant July. Benicar August 12. Mino in Sept. In Oct my NoIRs broke so I discontinued mino till I had replacements.... and I continued herxing... In Nov I recommenced mino.
I was at 25mg mino daily for intolerable herxing for a long time and unable to progress until I began the new abx as advised by Dr Marshall, which is not Z, on Dec 16.. and was immediately able to go then to QOD and make progress in that I am herxing as expected..
I have now so far progressed to 50mg mino only + 3/4 of my new 2nd abx QOD if possible..

Sept: 1,25D=34
& 25D=35
Dec: 25D=32.4
dropping very slowly.

Wednesday January 19th 7am ABx combo is Q48H tonight <overview here: this 2 abx combo commenced Dec 16:
Taking Benicar 20mg Q2 - 3H day & 40mg night <5h. Quercetin BID to relieve anxiety herx.
Not as miserable day yesterday with taking the Benicar and Q as above according to need to (just) keep on top of the anxiety. resting ++, quiet.
Teeth sensitivity still present.
My body is puffy, slower to detox until further healing.... so am needing to remember to NOT push on too fast.. need to be patient.
Because I am / have been so unwell, Benicar is the only reason I am able to do a treatment that will help me.

didnt increase the ABx dose because of presence of anxiety, decided I need to remember to be patient.
managing to keep the anxiety mostly controlled yesterday with taking the Benicar and Q as above according to need. resting ++, quiet.
was able to watch a "little more television.. which was an improvement on usual. still cant read a book or magazine yet.
Teeth sensitivity still present.
slept well.
woke this morning feeling quite *sick* so am obviously still killing bacteria at this dose.

continuing... Thursday January 20th 8.45pm
has been an easier day anxiety wise, still tired quiet.. sick herxy tonight again, but milder..
I realise that just as I cannot imagine what good health is.. I look at some people on the television and wonder at their ability to function like that!!!
& similarly a lot of healthy people have no understanding of what *sick *is.
I am in my darkened cave....... But I am far from isolated.. ... I am in touch with the World ... in a way that is managable for me... I have company on this Journey ! .... thank you for the Journey.. and thank you for the company...

The level of herxing has dropped.. relieved to have less anxiety ..>>have been able to have Benicar at Q3h today..
but still *sick from the gut inflammation and herx. I am amazed at this same level of dosing x 4 doses still giving this herx. I say it is only mild and not dramatic... but I dont know anyone else who wants to be this sick either.. I am *pleased about it because it means bug kill!
when the abx dose is coming toward the Q48H (as it is now), the *antbite cramping under left arm, down the arm and into the breast are vicious. is not long since Beni, have just taken a Q to see if it helps..

Saturday January 22nd 10.30am
under right arm and down the side rib muscles is *sore ish like smaller *antbite cramp than usual.... seems to be building.. usually just hits. (was left side yesterday)
what is a liver herx? I have been asked..
is a similar experience to > what is gut inflammation and gut herx?
I feel fullness / swollen feeling? / discomfort / sick / not shriek pain but great discomfort ...
and when it is really herxing it is all of that + like a hive of bees humming sort of..
when I call it gut >>> it is predominantly across diaphragm and down..
when I have called it liver it is predominantly liver area and all down the right side...
knowing that it is a sign of bug killing, I can easily bear it.
Depressive all day today instead of anxiety.

Thanks Barb for explaining what a liver herx feels like for you. It isn't something I've experienced and was very curious about it. Good to know.

Sunday January 23rd 8.30pm last was 5th dose 3/4 new abx + 50mg mino combo Friday night. is Q48H tonight but still herxing enough to wait an extra day <overview here: this 2 abx combo commenced Dec 16:
Taking Benicar 20mg Q3H day & 40mg night <5h. Quercetin BID is nec.
Herxing symptoms: more persistent really painful *antbite cramping under both arms. relieved only by hot wheat bag. touching the area is painful.
sick stomach and gut inflammation. very steady.
left ear inflammation still flaring. hands going numb often when resting sleeping.

I've felt really sick in the stomach today. am very slow and steady to walk around still. feeling very quiet. resting.. some very mild phantomish (hardly noticable) *pain in fingers and toes. aching in back tonight. no anxiety or depression today.

Sick in the stomach ... is it called liverish? is very debilitating... keeps me quiet. & a cough... choky, choking on nothing except the cough itself.
less appetite. Despite how awfully sick I feel so much of the time, (from bug killing I am presuming) I think that my baseline *energy is improving. in the circumstances, energy seems too strong a word...  but that is it..
I think I will be able to increase abx next dose.

Wednesday January 26th AUSTRALIA DAY 11.25am
I have coughed and coughed and choked till I was totally sick thru the night.
I think that I should have increased my abx last dose, as I do suffer exacerbated symptoms from the need of it. so the abx dose is due tonight and will be increased. I may need to take it sooner.
I thought to and could have taken an extra dose of 25mg mino last night to get me thru better, but I didnt do so and it went on thru the night to morning.. ahhh well..

quiet today as my body continues to work hard. sick with transient gut herx > was strong thru the night. slight depression around. can feel slight herxy pressure in chest sometimes and in arms or toes. all tolerable. coughing when Benicar due... ear mostly settled.
