Hello all

My name is Ake and I'm now in Phase 3
I have 30 years sarcoidosis.
I'm already one year on the MP and I have seen improve many things.

Before the MP I had on regular base deep cracks in the palms of my hands it itched terrible and I often scratched untill they bleeded. They are healthy now for 10 months.:)

The inside of my nose and nasal cavities were always inflamed. These are cured over the year. :)
Before the MP  I had to force  my eyes  not to see  everything some what cross-eyed. I don`t have to  force them anymore.I can use my eyes more relaxed:)

I suddenly became aware that I can use my eyes in one flowing move when I am reading- instead of  the  sudden starts and stops:):):)

In the corner of my eye was a little ‘ball”, It is gone

As long as I can remember I always had to take good care of my wounds. A wound never healed spontaneously,I had to desinfect them and use plasters untill it was completely healed. If I did not, it became a bad inflamation. 2 months ago  I cut my finger, I was surprised to see it healed  in a few days without any efforts from my side. :)

Before the MP I had erysipelas , more than 40 times over the years, sometimes 4 times a year. During the MP I haven’t experienced it ,even not once. :):)
My apnea has gone, very soon after starting the MP:)
I also had an unpleasant body odor and bad breath. These unpleasant things are now completely disappeared, also soon after starting the MP. :)

My main reasons for doing the MP were my always present  fatigue and brainfog.
During the MP my fatigue increased even more. However a few weeks ago I woke up 4 days in a row with a refreshed feeling.  I had more energy than the last 30 years. It was a glimpse into the future.:):):):)

I do know that some symptoms can come back temporarily but they will disappear entirely and permanently.
I still have a lot of IP. I was expecting some of them ,but others are completely new. It shows me that the bugs can sit anywhere.
But hanging on brings cure

Many thanks to Trevor, the MP research team and all the moderators, who are giving there time and energy so selfless :D:D
