Thanks, Barney...I have always kept myself well hydrated with eight, 10 oz. of water a day...been doing that long before starting the MP. I receive sodium from olives and pickles.
If I am going to get more than ten minutes of indirect sun, I am lathered down with sunscreen. The most sun I usually get is from sitting in the car as I run errands. My 1-25 D is very low, so the fatigue isn't likely to be coming from sun exposure. I've had weeks where I didn't go out during the day at all and felt the same.
DeeDee...so sorry you've also run the gamut of sadness in your family. Thanks goodness we do have happy times mixed in with the bad!
Diana...I'm currently on C+D+M. Z was replaced with D a couple of weeks ago which may explain why the constant fatigue has lifted. Fortunately it was a lot less intense than early on the MP.
Wishing all of you well, gently...Donna
