Happy New Year MP family,

Another great year.  I have been progressing by leaps and bounds.  While healing, I just completed two HUGE projects at my work place.

1) Opening a minor emergency clinic Dec 1st.

2) Spearheading a big clean up project regarding charging for glucose testing and contrast for MRIs, CTs, and Cath lab completed 12/19/08.  Whew!!!

These projects were very time consuming and stressful, yet I was able to assist in their completion (key player) and I owe it all to the MP.  I have been trying to rest mentally but 2009 has big things coming also.  My department will increase by 1 employee so I have to train the new one that we hired in July 08 on some new duties and prepare to bring the newest member on board basically at the same time on their job responsibilities.  The good thing is, when we bring on the new employee, that will relieve me of a lot of things so that I can focus on more important things like, billing compliance and our research committee.

SX: I think I have cedar fever.  I am not sure.  I have watery eyes and a runny nose.  My famous chicken soup did not help so it has to be allergies.  I have not had allergies since 2000.  It is irritating because I am continually blowing my nose and wiping my eyes.  I wonder if this means my immune system is getting back to normal.

Plan: See my MP Doctor as early in January as possible to have some routine labs done, i.e CMP, CBC, Lipids and 25 D.  I also want to try a new abx combo.

Trevor, I cannot tell you how greatful I am that you have shared this life saving protocol with everyone.  I know you hear it a lot but really, I thank you.

Happy MPing,

Saj
