I just wanted to have a place where we could celebrate not having constant headaches!
Pre MP I have had migraines...
and usually any time I have tried any new treatment....
or from any exertion, it was a given that I would be suffering week long headaches.
I can rub my sore muscles now... and I can be assured I'm not going to get a toxic headache from doing so.

Barb - I am sooooo glad you started this string! I was intending to write in regarding my migraines - it was posted that MP would stop the migraines. I have suffered over the years with these headaches - since I have been on the MP over two months - the headaches have been few and far between, however, I still get them - last wk end I even had an "aura" in my eye - which I have not experienced for over 15 years! Luckily I had medicine, so it did not progress into a real migraine. In fact, during the first few weeks of the MP, I exp. migraines almost each night - this was, I feel, due to recent eye surgery to remove cataracts - those only lasted amount a wk. or two. This last one, I'm thinkin, was hormone related as it was right when my period started. (which I was NOT expecting) Soooo, would be REALLY happy to never have one again!
I have noticed my husbands migraines (which are sinus/allergy related) are fewer and farther apart also.
So we will celebrate having fewer right now!

Diana
It has happened on a couple of occasions that I have had the feeling of a headache coming just about when the Benicar was due..... took the Benicar and off it went..
perhaps you could take notice if B helps yours?
Mine lessened immediately I started cutting light exposure. the other thing that makes a difference is the low Glycemic Index diet. it affects the hormones a lot.
we have always kept the headache tablet factory in business, now my headache tablets are gathering dust!!!
keep us informed how you both go with this Best, Barb
