Why isn't the entire Marshall Protocol posted on the website?

When we created the new study site we had learnt a lot from the first few years of operation on the original study site, and were concerned about several issues.

1. The amount of material seen by new visitors, even now, is overwhelming, especially for those who are most ill, and

2. With a fully open forum it is too easy for mind-fogged folk to read some advice being given to somebody in Year 3 of their recovery, and try to apply it to themselves in Week 3 of their recovery:) And get into trouble with the resulting immunopathology

..Trevor..

Experience has taught us that some people will proceed to phase two before they are finished with phase one and some will proceed when they are not compliant with all aspects of the MP. This could be dangerous if it results in serious immunopathology. For that reason, we do not post the second and third MP phases in the unrestricted forum.

Phase two adds another antibiotic in a carefully controlled ramping schedule. This combination is extremely effective at killing pleomorphic bacteria. The patient needs to be compliant with all aspects of the MP and have completed phase one in order to safely begin this next phase.

Phase three consists of the addition of other antibiotics selected for their safety and synergism. They are used in various combinations until immunopathology can no longer be provoked.

The Phase One Guideline states:"You will know you are ready for phase two when you are getting little or no Herxheimer reaction with Benicar 40mg every six to eight hours and minocycline 100mg every other day."

When you are near the end of phase one, email a moderator with your request for phase two. You will be sent a questionnaire to fill out to ensure us that you are ready to proceed. This also provides us with the opportunity to remind members the phase two ramping schedule needs to be followed carefully in order to avoid a potentially dangerous immune system reaction. See Where can I find phase two and three?

If your doctor wishes to see all three phases, please tell him/her:

All phases of the Marshall Protocol are available to any physician who joins the Private Section for Health Professionals.

S/he may also call or fax Dr. Marshall to obtain a copy. A copy of all 3 phases is also sent with each set of professional Chicago Conference DVDs.

-I just received my phase 2 instructions and boy is it a handful. This science and research is quite amazing stuff, I had no idea and now understand why this info needs to be strongly restricted until you reach this phase. ~Thaiboxer

-Thank you, Thank you… for having this very well organized site. ~Marbor144

-I've also been trying to take some time to absorb all of the new links, etc., on the site here - you guys have done such an amazing job and it has changed so much since I joined in March of 2005 - Thank you for all you do every day to help so many of us get well again. ~Paula

-Thanks for this incredible resource and this very promising treatment! ~Northfork

-I want to thank you, Dr. Marshall and the entire staff for this program and this incredible website.  Reading information one time is not enough.  As I gain experience, re-reading brings me new understanding every time.  One of my joys in life now is researching about these diseases.  I follow every link that comes up here.  I have now ordered and watched every DVD available more than once.  I've made donations and I'll make more as this is the greatest gift I've ever received.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!:D:D ~Abigail
