Vitamin D dysregulation in asthma - Sorry if this has been posted before...
I ran a search of the forum for this study and found nothing. Also, I'm avoiding homework like the plague.

This study measures caucasian values of 25OHD and 1-25 in patients with asthma. Its mostly from a genomic perspective, without an outline for pharmacogenomic intervention which won't develop for many years. It then discusses at length liver metabolism of D3 product metabolites which offers little practical value except for manipulation of the p450 system to decrease D.
I'm sold on the Vitamin D theory.Last edited on Thu Mar 27th, 2008 01:52 by hullcrush
