This News and Announcements forum will regularly post new information that pertains to the science of Th1 inflammation and the Marshall Protocol and is important to ensure your success/safety on the protocol. Not all new information will be posted here.

Because they are frequently updated, it is important that members routinely read and re-read:

Essential Information About the MP

Marshall Protocol FAQs

Side Topics

Dr. Marshall's Perspective

Members' Succes Stories

Check this link frequently to see if there is any new information.

Read the topics pinned to the top of each progress report forum

The topics at the top of each progress report forum are important to review, particularly in the Phase Two/Three Forum, since members may spend a long time in that forum -- and there may have been additions/changes since you began Phase Two.

Search the study site

It is also a good idea to periodically search on certain topics most relevant to you in the Required Reading and Side Topics forums (see: "How to Use the Search Function"
).  For instance, if you have kidney or breathing problems, you can search for all relevant topics relating to these issues to ensure a maximum level of success.
