The Autoimmunity Research Foundation is publishing these documents solely for use by those who are enrolled in our study cohort, and by members of our Professionals' forum.
The Phases 2 and 3 Forum (where over 4/5 of our membership report their progress) is hidden from public view and may be accessed only by those in phase 2 and 3 who have filled out the MP questionnaire. Anyone in phase 2 or 3 who has not requested access to this forum by completing the MP questionnaire, is missing a wealth of information and support.
Members should complete the questionnaire at the end of phase one. To request the questionnaire for phase 2 send a private message to Dr Trevor Marshall, or an email to Moderators@MarshallProtocol.comwith 'Your ID Username' and 'request Ph 2 Q' in the subject line.
If you are already in phase 2 or 3, please include the names, doses and schedules of your other antibioticss and how long you have been taking them when you answer the questionnaire.
