I noticed the follow sentence on the main MP guidelines on MPKB.org:

MP patients must avoid foods and drinks high in chlorogenic acid – particularly coffee, concentrated juices, and supplements and multivitamins containing added folic acid.

Is this now the official position that coffee must be avoided and that limiting to two cups a day is no longer valid?

People are encouraged to choose to use and/or not use things that can either slow/hinder progress or complicate the symptoms.

Coffee is something that we have had members use all through the MP. Perhaps it did slow their recovery in some cases.
