I got the result of my blood tests today and my cholesterol has come down even further. In March of 2009 my results were as follows:
Total cholesterol - 211, LDL 125, HDL 29, Triglycerides 283.
September 2009 results as follows:
Total cholesterol - 188, LDL 132, HDL 29, Triglycerides 134.
I have not been on statins for two years now since I started the MP so I am pleased to see that I am on the road to recovery.  Thank you everyone.

Fantastic, Hester! Mine results have finally started to decrease some after 30+ years of high choles. and trigycerides.

Yes Donna,
I am so happy with the results as I can see that I am on the road to recovery. I noticed that you worked for Delta Airlines, I used to work for Eastern Airlines at SFO airport. I enjoyed my time there but sadly they went bust. I am now retired but long for the good old days.

| I retired from Delta a few years before Eastern went bust and have several good friends in ATL who were affected by their demise. Very sad to see it happen. --Donna
