I've read Minocycline can have an adverse effect on the liver for those of us who have Gilberts Syndrome. Your knowledge on this subject would be greatly helpful before starting your Protocol. JDD

I was born with mild Gilbert's (or Dubin-Johnson's...or any of the other 4 plus names for the same thing). My skin has been slightly yellowish since childhood. I have been on the MP for one year (i.e., on minocycline, etc). When I started the MP one of my liver enzymes was slightly elevated. After about 4 months of starting the MP --and since-- all liver function tests have been normal. (Note that the MP uses half the minimum Rx dose of minocycline at half the usually prescribed frequency.) Hope this info helps.
