Course, you are going to pay more and copper is a tad over the top just with one serving (125%), but not sure if you'll have enough left over for a thought about D.

Janet, I use that website a lot for nutrition data but I pretty much ignore the Vitamin D data because I don't trust it.  Too many things that I know have D but their data will say it doesn't.  For example, bacon:

My guess is that most nutrition guides are not built on absolutely trusted facts (unless there is a known human intervention per additive), and an even le$$ hazy gue$$ is that I'm not going to be eating lob$ter or bacon very often, no matter how much D either doe$ or doe$n't have. (wink)
