Very interesting. Coffee dehydrates brain by 30%-40% and brain is mostly water https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gfntvRGwpvs

Older ppl dont drink water they lose perception of thirst(Watercure - Dr Batmanghelidj), i saw it once on bottled water written. I wonder how much Biden drinks.

Thyroid Hormone Receptor Beta in the Ventromedial Hypothalamus Is Essential for the Physiological Regulation of Food Intake and Body Weight

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5478879/

The TR-beta isoform (TRβ) is expressed in the ventromedial hypothalamus (VMH), a brain area important for control of energy homeostasis. Here, we report that selective knockdown of TRβ in the VMH of adult mice results in severe obesity due to hyperphagia and reduced energy expenditure.

I really like to eat after coffee, very hungry

Chlorogenic Acid Isomers Isolated from Artemisia lavandulaefolia Exhibit Anti-Rosacea Effects In Vitro
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8962347/The two chlorogenic acid isomers inhibit KLK5 protease activity, leading to reduced conversion of inactive cathelicidin into active LL-37. This inhibition of LL-37 production by isochlorogenic acids A and C reveals the efficacy of suppressing the expression of inflammatory mediators induced by LL-37 in immune cells such as macrophages and mast cells. In addition, both isomers of chlorogenic acid directly inhibited the proliferation and migration of vascular endothelial cells induced by LL-37.

In this study vitamin D stimulated VDR produced LL-37 antimicrobial peptide, and chlorogenic acid isomers present in coffee in abundance, decreases it`s activation by binding and inhibiting KLK5 protease activity, leading to reduced conversion of inactive cathelicidin into active LL-37 .

And LL-37 kills bacteria, so its is a second mechanism next to displacing 1,25-D from VDR pocket, affecting antimicrobial peptide production.

There are many studies how LL-37 kills spirochetes of different kind

But i don`t know how significant are those numbers in human body
